A special notice for our neighbors that live on Liberty Drive, south of Independence. The Board of Directors has been made aware, by several of you, that very mean and nasty letters are being delivered, secretly and cowardly, to your homes. These letters have a common theme of telling you to "go back to where you came from". Please know that these letters are not from your board of directors and probably not even from someone in our wonderful neighborhood. There are reports that they are coming from someone in a motorized scooter escorted by a little dog, who doesn't even live here. If you see anything, or receive one of these letters, we encourage you to keep us updated, but more importantly contact the Shelby Twp. police department. We know this is frustrating, so much so that it is almost impossible to just ignore.
