Architectual
Report By Bill Olson
Hello
Franklin Meadows Members,
My name
is Bill Olson, I am the board member in charge of
architectural supervising. Which means, if have any plans
for additional structures, major landscaping or changes in
the exterior appearance of your home, you need to contact
me first to see if board approval is required. According to
our by-laws, any aesthetic or structural changes require
board approval. This is to ensure the neighborhood retains
a certain continuity, while allowing members to improve and
update their homes.
I have lived here since 1999, and have come to appreciate
the wonderful neighborhood we have and the hard work so
many people have done to make it a great place to live. I
have been on the Board for three years and have had the
privilage of working with many people who love this
community so much, they sacrifice HOURS AND HOURS of their
free time for the benefit of others. All members of this
association can help simply by following the by-laws and
talking with their neighbors who they believe may be
uninformed.
I am looking forward to a great summer full of activities
right here in our own neighborhood. Our social events are
perfect for getting to know your neighbors and getting to
know the Board members so take advantage of the Summer and
the opportunities the enjoy it!
